EuroWhiteCert: Stepwise Towards Effective European Energy Efficiency Policy Portfolios Involving White Certificates

The EuroWhiteCert project contributed to the conceptual and technical development of tradable white certificates systems covering energy savings and energy efficiency. It was funded under the European Commission's Intelligent Energy - Europe program and coordinated by Politecnico di Milano, Italy.
